that could allow a privileged attacker with local access to modify the boot manager and escalate privileges.

| A Denial of Service (Dos) vulnerability in Nozomi Networks Guardian, caused by improper input validation in certain fields used in the Radius parsing functionality of our IDS, allows an unauthenticated attacker sending specially crafted malformed network packets to cause the IDS module to stop updating nodes, links, and assets.
Network traffic may not be analyzed until the IDS module is restarted. |

| A buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported to affect Media Streaming Add-On. The remote attackers can then exploit the vulnerability to modify memory or crash processes.

| A malicious mail server could send malformed strings with negative lengths, causing the parser to read memory outside the buffer. If a mail server or connection to a mail server were compromised, an attacker could cause the parser to malfunction, potentially crashing Thunderbird or leaking sensitive data. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 149 and Thunderbird 140.9. |
| OpenFGA is a high-performance and flexible authorization/permission engine built for developers and inspired by Google Zanzibar. In versions prior to 1.13.1, under specific conditions, models using conditions with caching enabled can result in two different check requests producing the same cache key. This can result in OpenFGA reusing an earlier cached result for a different request. Users are affected if the model has relations which rely on condition evaluation andncaching is enabled. OpenFGA v1.13.1 contains a patch. |
| Botan is a C++ cryptography library. From version 2.3.0 to before version 3.11.0, during SM2 decryption, the code that checked the authentication code value (C3) failed to check that the encoded value was of the expected length prior to comparison. An invalid ciphertext can cause a heap over-read of up to 31 bytes, resulting in a crash or potentially other undefined behavior. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.0. |

| Mesop is a Python-based UI framework that allows users to build web applications. From version 1.2.3 to before version 1.2.5, an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability exists in the WebSocket implementation of the Mesop framework. An unauthenticated attacker can send a rapid succession of WebSocket messages, forcing the server to spawn an unbounded number of operating system threads. This leads to thread exhaustion and Out of Memory (OOM) errors, causing a complete Denial of Service (DoS) for any application built on the framework. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.5. |
