Incorrect boundary conditions, integer overflow in the Audio/Video: Playback component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150 and Thunderbird 150.
Denial-of-service due to integer overflow in the Graphics: WebGPU component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150 and Thunderbird 150.
Integer overflow in Adobe Flash Player before 18.0.0.324 and 19.x and 20.x before 20.0.0.267 on Windows and OS X and before 11.2.202.559 on Linux, Adobe AIR before 20.0.0.233, Adobe AIR SDK before 20.0.0.233, and Adobe AIR SDK & Compiler before 20.0.0.233 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors.
Integer overflow in Adobe Flash Player before 18.0.0.333 and 19.x through 21.x before 21.0.0.182 on Windows and OS X and before 11.2.202.577 on Linux, Adobe AIR before 21.0.0.176, Adobe AIR SDK before 21.0.0.176, and Adobe AIR SDK & Compiler before 21.0.0.176 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors, a different vulnerability than CVE-2016-0963 and CVE-2016-0993.
Integer overflow in Adobe Reader and Acrobat 9.x before 9.5.5, 10.x before 10.1.7, and 11.x before 11.0.03 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors, a different vulnerability than CVE-2013-2727.
KissFFT before commit 8a8e66e contains an integer overflow vulnerability in the kiss_fftndr_alloc() function in kiss_fftndr.c where the allocation size calculation dimOther*(dimReal+2)*sizeof(kiss_fft_scalar) overflows signed 32-bit integer arithmetic before being widened to size_t, causing malloc() to allocate an undersized buffer. Attackers can trigger heap buffer overflow by providing crafted dimensions that cause the multiplication to exceed INT_MAX, allowing writes beyond the allocated buffer region when kiss_fftndr() processes the data.
Integer overflow in the Libraries component in NSS. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 148, Firefox ESR 140.8, Thunderbird 148, Thunderbird 140.8, and Firefox ESR 115.35.
Integer overflow in the copyRawDataTo method in the Matrix3D class in Adobe Flash Player before 11.4.402.265 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via malformed arguments.
Integer underflow in Adobe Flash Player before 11.7.700.261 and 11.8.x through 12.0.x before 12.0.0.44 on Windows and Mac OS X, and before 11.2.202.336 on Linux, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors.
The vold volume manager daemon on Android 3.0 and 2.x before 2.3.4 trusts messages that are received from a PF_NETLINK socket, which allows local users to execute arbitrary code and gain root privileges via a negative index that bypasses a maximum-only signed integer check in the DirectVolume::handlePartitionAdded method, which triggers memory corruption, as demonstrated by Gingerbreak.
Integer overflow in the fb_mmap function in drivers/video/fbmem.c in the Linux kernel before 3.8.9, as used in a certain Motorola build of Android 4.1.2 and other products, allows local users to create a read-write memory mapping for the entirety of kernel memory, and consequently gain privileges, via crafted /dev/graphics/fb0 mmap2 system calls, as demonstrated by the Motochopper pwn program.
A integer overflow or wraparound vulnerability in Fortinet FortiWeb 8.0.0 through 8.0.3, FortiWeb 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiWeb 7.4 all versions, FortiWeb 7.2 all versions, FortiWeb 7.0 all versions may allow attacker to denial of service via <insert attack vector here>
A flaw was found in GIMP's PSP (Paint Shop Pro) file parser. A remote attacker could exploit an integer overflow vulnerability in the read_creator_block() function by providing a specially crafted PSP image file. This vulnerability occurs when a 32-bit length value from the file is used for memory allocation without proper validation, leading to a heap overflow and an out-of-bounds write. Successful exploitation could result in an application level denial of service.
An integer overflow vulnerability in 'pdf-image.c' in Artifex's MuPDF version 1.27.0 allows an attacker to maliciously craft a PDF that can trigger an integer overflow within the 'pdf_load_image_imp' function. This allows a heap out-of-bounds write that could be exploited for arbitrary code execution.
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
gfs2: Validate i_depth for exhash directories
A fuzzer test introduced corruption that ends up with a depth of 0 in
dir_e_read(), causing an undefined shift by 32 at:
index = hash >> (32 - dip->i_depth);
As calculated in an open-coded way in dir_make_exhash(), the minimum
depth for an exhash directory is ilog2(sdp->sd_hash_ptrs) and 0 is
invalid as sdp->sd_hash_ptrs is fixed as sdp->bsize / 16 at mount time.
So we can avoid the undefined behaviour by checking for depth values
lower than the minimum in gfs2_dinode_in(). Values greater than the
maximum are already being checked for there.
Also switch the calculation in dir_make_exhash() to use ilog2() to
clarify how the depth is calculated.
Tested with the syzkaller repro.c and xfstests '-g quick'. |
| eprosima Fast DDS is a C++ implementation of the DDS (Data Distribution Service) standard of the OMG (Object Management Group). Prior to 2.6.11, 2.14.6, 3.2.4, 3.3.1, and 3.4.1, when the security mode is enabled, modifying the DATA Submessage within an SPDP packet sent by a publisher causes an Out-Of-Memory (OOM) condition, resulting in remote termination of Fast-DDS.
If the fields of PID_IDENTITY_TOKEN or PID_PERMISSION_TOKEN in the DATA Submessage — specifically by tampering with the length field in readPropertySeq — are modified, an integer overflow occurs, leading to an OOM during the resize operation. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.6.11, 2.14.6, 3.2.4, 3.3.1, and 3.4.1. |
FFmpeg before 8.1 has an integer overflow and resultant out-of-bounds write via CENC (Common Encryption) subsample data to libavformat/mov.c.
A heap-based buffer overflow problem was found in glib through an incorrect calculation of buffer size in the g_escape_uri_string() function. If the string to escape contains a very large number of unacceptable characters (which would need escaping), the calculation of the length of the escaped string could overflow, leading to a potential write off the end of the newly allocated string.
A vulnerability has been identified in the libarchive library, specifically within the archive_read_format_rar_seek_data() function. This flaw involves an integer overflow that can ultimately lead to a double-free condition. Exploiting a double-free vulnerability can result in memory corruption, enabling an attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial-of-service condition.
An integer overflow was present in `OrderedHashTable` used by the JavaScript engine. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 139.0.4.
