CVE-2026-22796 1 Openssl 1 Openssl 2026-05-12 5.3 Medium
Issue summary: A type confusion vulnerability exists in the signature verification of signed PKCS#7 data where an ASN1_TYPE union member is accessed without first validating the type, causing an invalid or NULL pointer dereference when processing malformed PKCS#7 data. Impact summary: An application performing signature verification of PKCS#7 data or calling directly the PKCS7_digest_from_attributes() function can be caused to dereference an invalid or NULL pointer when reading, resulting in a Denial of Service. The function PKCS7_digest_from_attributes() accesses the message digest attribute value without validating its type. When the type is not V_ASN1_OCTET_STRING, this results in accessing invalid memory through the ASN1_TYPE union, causing a crash. Exploiting this vulnerability requires an attacker to provide a malformed signed PKCS#7 to an application that verifies it. The impact of the exploit is just a Denial of Service, the PKCS7 API is legacy and applications should be using the CMS API instead. For these reasons the issue was assessed as Low severity. The FIPS modules in 3.5, 3.4, 3.3 and 3.0 are not affected by this issue, as the PKCS#7 parsing implementation is outside the OpenSSL FIPS module boundary. OpenSSL 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, 3.3, 3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.0.2 are vulnerable to this issue.

CVE-2026-0802 1 Axis Communications Ab 1 Axis Os 2026-05-12 6 Medium
An ACAP configuration file lacked sufficient input validation, which could allow command injection and potentially lead to privilege escalation. This vulnerability can only be exploited if the Axis device is configured to allow the installation of unsigned ACAP applications, and if an attacker convinces the victim to install a malicious ACAP application.
CVE-2024-38659 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-12 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: enic: Validate length of nl attributes in enic_set_vf_port enic_set_vf_port assumes that the nl attribute IFLA_PORT_PROFILE is of length PORT_PROFILE_MAX and that the nl attributes IFLA_PORT_INSTANCE_UUID, IFLA_PORT_HOST_UUID are of length PORT_UUID_MAX. These attributes are validated (in the function do_setlink in rtnetlink.c) using the nla_policy ifla_port_policy. The policy defines IFLA_PORT_PROFILE as NLA_STRING, IFLA_PORT_INSTANCE_UUID as NLA_BINARY and IFLA_PORT_HOST_UUID as NLA_STRING. That means that the length validation using the policy is for the max size of the attributes and not on exact size so the length of these attributes might be less than the sizes that enic_set_vf_port expects. This might cause an out of bands read access in the memcpys of the data of these attributes in enic_set_vf_port.
CVE-2024-35965 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-12 7.1 High

CVE-2023-27043 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Python and 1 more 7 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Ontap Select Deploy Administration Utility and 4 more 2026-05-12 5.3 Medium
The email module of Python through 3.11.3 incorrectly parses e-mail addresses that contain a special character. The wrong portion of an RFC2822 header is identified as the value of the addr-spec. In some applications, an attacker can bypass a protection mechanism in which application access is granted only after verifying receipt of e-mail to a specific domain (e.g., only @company.example.com addresses may be used for signup). This occurs in email/_parseaddr.py in recent versions of Python.
CVE-2026-43186 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: ioam: fix heap buffer overflow in __ioam6_fill_trace_data() On the receive path, __ioam6_fill_trace_data() uses trace->nodelen to decide how much data to write for each node. It trusts this field as-is from the incoming packet, with no consistency check against trace->type (the 24-bit field that tells which data items are present). A crafted packet can set nodelen=0 while setting type bits 0-21, causing the function to write ~100 bytes past the allocated region (into skb_shared_info), which corrupts adjacent heap memory and leads to a kernel panic. Add a shared helper ioam6_trace_compute_nodelen() in ioam6.c to derive the expected nodelen from the type field, and use it: - in ioam6_iptunnel.c (send path, existing validation) to replace the open-coded computation; - in exthdrs.c (receive path, ipv6_hop_ioam) to drop packets whose nodelen is inconsistent with the type field, before any data is written. Per RFC 9197, bits 12-21 are each short (4-octet) fields, so they are included in IOAM6_MASK_SHORT_FIELDS (changed from 0xff100000 to 0xff1ffc00).
CVE-2026-43195 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: validate user queue size constraints Add validation to ensure user queue sizes meet hardware requirements: - Size must be a power of two for efficient ring buffer wrapping - Size must be at least AMDGPU_GPU_PAGE_SIZE to prevent undersized allocations This prevents invalid configurations that could lead to GPU faults or unexpected behavior.
CVE-2026-43209 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: minix: Add required sanity checking to minix_check_superblock() The fs/minix implementation of the minix filesystem does not currently support any other value for s_log_zone_size than 0. This is also the only value supported in util-linux; see mkfs.minix.c line 511. In addition, this patch adds some sanity checking for the other minix superblock fields, and moves the minix_blocks_needed() checks for the zmap and imap also to minix_check_super_block(). This also closes a related syzbot bug report.
CVE-2026-43210 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: ring-buffer: Fix to check event length before using Check the event length before adding it for accessing next index in rb_read_data_buffer(). Since this function is used for validating possibly broken ring buffers, the length of the event could be broken. In that case, the new event (e + len) can point a wrong address. To avoid invalid memory access at boot, check whether the length of each event is in the possible range before using it.
CVE-2026-43212 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: Make cpumask_of_node() robust against NUMA_NO_NODE The arch definition of cpumask_of_node() cannot handle NUMA_NO_NODE - which is a valid index - so add a check for this.

CVE-2026-45191 1 Stigtsp 1 Net::cidr::lite 2026-05-11 6.5 Medium
Net::CIDR::Lite versions before 0.24 for Perl does not properly consider extraneous zero characters in CIDR mask values, which may allow IP ACL bypass. Mask forms like "/00" and "/01" pass validation and parse to the same prefix as their unpadded value. See also CVE-2026-45190.
CVE-2026-43243 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Add signal type check for dcn401 get_phyd32clk_src Trying to access link enc on a dpia link will cause a crash otherwise
CVE-2026-31766 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: validate doorbell_offset in user queue creation amdgpu_userq_get_doorbell_index() passes the user-provided doorbell_offset to amdgpu_doorbell_index_on_bar() without bounds checking. An arbitrarily large doorbell_offset can cause the calculated doorbell index to fall outside the allocated doorbell BO, potentially corrupting kernel doorbell space. Validate that doorbell_offset falls within the doorbell BO before computing the BAR index, using u64 arithmetic to prevent overflow. CVE-2026-43103 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: lapbether: handle NETDEV_PRE_TYPE_CHANGE lapbeth_data_transmit() expects the underlying device type to be ARPHRD_ETHER. Returning NOTIFY_BAD from lapbeth_device_event() makes sure bonding driver can not break this expectation.
CVE-2026-43241 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntb: ntb_hw_switchtec: Fix array-index-out-of-bounds access Number of MW LUTs depends on NTB configuration and can be set to MAX_MWS, This patch protects against invalid index out of bounds access to mw_sizes When invalid access print message to user that configuration is not valid.
CVE-2025-13033 1 Redhat 3 Acm, Ceph Storage, Rhdh 2026-05-11 7.5 High
A vulnerability was identified in the email parsing library due to improper handling of specially formatted recipient email addresses. An attacker can exploit this flaw by crafting a recipient address that embeds an external address within quotes. This causes the application to misdirect the email to the attacker's external address instead of the intended internal recipient. This could lead to a significant data leak of sensitive information and allow an attacker to bypass security filters and access controls.
CVE-2026-1577 1 Ibm 1 Db2 2026-05-10 6.5 Medium
IBM Db2 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.4 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) could allow an authenticated user to cause a denial of service due to improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic.
CVE-2026-43400 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-09 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: add upper bound check on user inputs in signal ioctl Huge input values in amdgpu_userq_signal_ioctl can lead to a OOM and could be exploited. So check these input value against AMDGPU_USERQ_MAX_HANDLES which is big enough value for genuine use cases and could potentially avoid OOM.
